Yes. I also have "viewbook mailed" though I never received one.HomericVoice wrote:Quick question: does a $0.00 "Seat Deposit" appear in the Fees section of everyone's status checker?

Their deadline to request an interview was December 1st, so I would guess that now they'll probably start looking at applicants who applied after the deadline, or who didn't request an interview.

Well, it's only been acceptances so far! Congrats! If you check back earlier in the thread, you'll see that if you can confirm you have 5 lbs package from FedEx coming your way, that's good news.monsterman wrote:Status checker says decision mailed. Decision mailed!! Under seat deposit, there's a due date of May something and a $ amount listed (sorry I'm not logged on - at work). Does that mean acceptance?snapdragon25 wrote:Congrats (probably)!!monsterman wrote:Status checker says decision mailed. Does anyone know if they mail both acceptances and denials???

Just had my interview! It went really well, the alum I met with was a really nice guy. Felt more like a conversation.
Are interviews given much weight or are they more of a tie-breaker type deal like softs?
Also, I'm assuming how long it takes to hear back following the interview varies depending on scores and stuff?

My interviewer told me the point of the interviews was to judge your interest in Vandy, and to 'basically make sure you aren't a crazy person and that you have some personality.'The Dark Kite wrote:Just had my interview! Mine was the exact same--very conversational. I heard back within a week and a half of my interview, but I'm assuming it varies. Good luck!

how long is it taking people to schedule interviews? i'm like 99% sure i requested mine 2 weeks ago, but i'm also like 99% sure i said "no" in the app and maybe that's why it is taking awhile i dont know

When you say you heard back, do you mean your status changed to decision made? Or that the decision actually arrived that quickly? Just curious
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
