There's 0% chance I deposit before hearing about what scholarship I get.

If you weren't part of the initial scholarship offers then you won't hear before the deposit deadline. That is what I was told by Dean Rahman.

Accepted last week with call from Dean at 9:41pm (submitted 2/15). I almost didn't answer the phone. I'm sure she thinks I'm a complete idiot because all I kept saying was "Oh my God" and "Thank you so much." LOL.

I will be attending the Admitted Student event in April. Still waiting for so many other decisions though...

It's not the third biggest legal market at all. But Richmond has the more courts than any city other than D.C. and Boston. I'm assuming thats what is meant

Maybe this is what I read and the wording made me think legal market as a whole while they really meant number of courts. I could have swore I read it on the profile of the school here but I couldn't find it after scanning through it quickly.

Like I said in later posts, I don't know how scholarships would apply to people accepted after the time I spoke to Dean Rahman about scholarships (3 weeks ago). I guess what it really boils down to is they know whether they are going to offer you a scholarship when you are accepted. If you aren't initially considered for one then you wouldn't be offered one until after the seat deposit deadline (when they know how much money they have left to give after the initial offers).

What I'm confused about is when I was accepted in November I was told I "should expect $20,000/year" I since have heard nothing regarding scholarship info. When I talk to Dean Rahman she says I should find out before the seat deposit, but I also get the feeling that the money is being pulled and I won't get any. Has anyone else found themselves in this situation? Am I being paranoid?

I applied on 3/10, late application, because of retake in February. I am curious how long I should expect to wait to hear, and if I have much of a chance with the late app?

I'm also a high school drop out which could hurt/help my app. I've applied to 14 schools, and have had 3 replies (two accepted and dinged by Wake Forest). I am really concerned that my late app is hurting me, and that the two schools that accepted me offered full tuition, and the deposit dates are approaching fast.
