Same boat. Gah, it's obvious they are going to accept us. We know it and they know it and I really wish they'd confirm it already.zabava wrote:Yups. Anyone else go complete 11/19ish and haven't heard back yet. With all these acceptances, I feel like I'm on the reject pile of the 11/19 batch. I was below median though, so it would be expected. Probably won't lose sleep over this.

maybe they are schocked by the collapsing amount of applicants. USC had almost exactly 5000 last cycle. Initially I thought USC would have exactly about 4000 but I think it's about 3,500 or less.elblufer wrote:A lot of people are. What are you basing your projections on?zman wrote:maybe they are schocked by the collapsing amount of applicants. USC had almost exactly 5000 last cycle. http://usc.lawschoolnumbers.com/applicants I don't like this as a source because it's too ealy but still I doubt they can catch up to the 2012 cycle.
California has been hit harder than others.
Having said that I think USC will have better yield this year for various reasons.

Re: USC c/o 2016 Applicants
If a school waitlists you, how long can the process drag on before you hear back?
I'm asking because my numbers are similar to people who were waitlisted and then admitted on last year's LSN. I'd hate to pay the enrollment deposit at another school and have to forfeit the money.
No guarantee I'd even be waitlisted, let alone get in, of course.

I'm so confused. Not sure if they were in the office that day or they did it 12/23 or what. Didn't even check until tonight because I just assumed I wouldn't hear anything for a long timegoden wrote:What in the worldtwinkletoes16 wrote:Under 1st committee read as of 12/24. WHA?

Re: USC c/o 2016 Applicants
Quick question for those who got the Frank Rothman Scholarship and are applying:
Are you uploading the same resume you uploaded on your law school application? In my case, I don't have anything new to add, so I feel like uploading the same resume. But it feels wrong it a way because it they take the time to ask for it again... like should I put a more detailed version of it or something?
