Checking in. Likely ED applicant, assuming I don't bomb the LSAT in Dec.

Speaking of which, with a 3.93 GPA, what is the lowest I can score and still safely assume an acceptance? Obviously I'm aiming for as high of a score as possible, but I'd also like to determine where my meltown-mode cutoff should be.

Can't shake that sinking feeling that I was waitlisted.

Got waitlisted about an hour after posting this. They definitely troll these boards.

Nah, not too surprised. I think I have a pretty compelling story and well written essays, but I was not banking on that overcoming a sub-3.0 GPA.

Damn, even if I get fee waivers everywhere I want to apply, at $21/pop, they're going to be annoying.

Where else are you throwing extra spending cash at?

WUSTL will throw money at you, and they have no app fee this year.

Very true. Ugh, does this mean I have to start posting in other threads, too?

I def don't post in every thread for schools that I applied in. I don't need any more judgement than I already get!

Just going to go ahead and reply to this instead of the actual question. I think I'm going to throw apps at Mich, NU, GTown, Penn, Cornell, Wash U, Vandy, and GWU. But I only have a fee waiver for Vandy, so I'm not sure if I want to spend the cash. Aaand I haven't written any school specific essays for any of these schools. I have a job interview for a job that doesn't suck as bad as the one I have now tomorrow, so I might just push all of this back a year and retake if I get it. Not sure. I'm feeling awfully indecisive right now.

I know the feeling, bro, having delayed a year and retaken myself. It was the right call for me, and I'm sure you'll make the right one for you, too. Best of luck.

First time posting on here! Applied ED/complete on the 12th and still haven't heard back. All I have seen from replies are those who were complete by the 5-8th. I'm guessing our time is early next week. :D

I'm pumped for RD decisions in another month or so. I need an excuse to head back down to VA!

You're thinking it'll be that soon? I know there is some precedent for it, but I hesitate to put too much hope in the October basket.

Looking at the decision timeline it looks like there's some definite RD decisions in October.

True, but I'm just consciously choosing to ignore that possibility so I won't expect to be one of the earlier RD decisions. I'd rather let it be a surprise, otherwise I'll spend all month staring at my phone and letting myself go to pieces.
