It took over two weeks for Santa Clara to enter my LSDAS report receipt, but then I think it went under review fairly quickly. Still can't hurt to call, though. My BU app took about a week to go complete.

For anyone in the future reading this who had a similar situation to mine:

Called BU to check on status of application. The lady was nice, asked me what day I received an "Application Received" email. I told her I submitted 11/18, and received that email on 11/22 (while looking in my emails to double check). She said she would look into my file and email me back.

Sooo...check my email a few minutes ago, and they are saying they received my application on 11/30.

Strange. Unless she meant to say that my file went complete on 11/30, this makes little sense.

Anyway, I'm going to give it a rest for a few weeks and then see. If this happens to you, I'd recommend calling the Admin Office, the lady that helped me was very nice (even though it resulted in me becoming even more confused than before.

I emailed and the same basic thing happened. Clearly, their system isn't quite streamlined.

FYI, just got an email from BU with subj: "Your application to BU Law is complete and ready for review." I submitted on Nov 27.

Just got my complete email today. Now the wait begins!

I received the same e-mail on 10/14 and have heard nothing since. It might be a long wait...

Anyone have any idea when BU is going to really start handing out decisions? I know a handful of acceptances came out right before Thanksgiving, but last year when did their decisions really start flowing?

Other than the big spike after the new year there doesn't seem to be any significant pattern
