You're in a tie with me.

You can make that a three way tie

For those of yall accepted to UVa, ED or RD: Did you notice your status checker change at all before hand? I feel like everyone seems to be "Complete/Pending review" - Did anyone move to "Under review" or something similar prior to their acceptance?

^-- this is me... once i heard they were doing acceptances by phone i had a good 2-3 days where ANY phone call i would get i would do this. even if it wasn't a blocked number--i would run to the phone, see my friend's name on call ID, be pissed

I really thought my first day applications to all my schools would pay off in some quick decisions. The TLS charts of decision dates also got my hopes up. So far 1 for 2 (GULC in, Texas out), but the rest of my 17 schools are holding out. I especially want UVA. Ditto on the phone ringing comments.

Mine didn't change at all until after I heard via phone.

Consensus on c/o 2014 thread is that is does not change.
Mine didn't even change until a day after I got the call that I was accepted.

Wait, the call shows up as an unknown number? Do they leave a message?

Also, don't worry about missing the call because they send you an email telling you to call back if they can't get in touch with you

Thank you! I was frankly shocked to get in RD this early with my numbers but apparently miracles can happen bgood luck to you!
I applied on Nov. 2nd I believe and went complete around the 9th or 10th. After that I added a Why UVa addendum to my file a few days later, but I'm not sure if that would have held anything up or not.

Hey, congratulations! You were agonizing about switching to ED, right? Nice of them to solve that issue for you!

I really was, to an unhealthy degree. They just made my cycle so much easier, regardless of how the others shake out, it's a huge relief to be admitted to a top school that I know I love.

Thanks for your confidence and ongoing advice. Hopefully from here on out I can shelve my neuroses and give out (hopefully solid) advice in an effort to restore my karma. But seriously, thanks for quelling my fears in my time of need.
