don't get it. explore it further, please.

In the movie Michael Clayton the protagonist--Michael Clayton, was a Fordham Law alum.
ahh, did not know that. George Clooney doesn't looks like Fordham guy at all though.

Definitely Fordham, no offense (or maybe a little) to Mr. Foxx, though.

The whole movie is racially inappro. Although I didn't actually watch it.

Waitlist at UVA??????

Dear UVA,

At one point I was actually excited about the possibility of attending. Wow! What was I thinking? To be stranded in the middle of nowhere in a fratty college town? No thanks, I'll pass.

I really hope you f'ed up your medians this year, or that you somehow drop in the rankings.

Signed,
Chicago Law Acceptee

P.S.- How does it feel to be the largest ED whore on the face of the earth?

LOL my response to my UVA WL was more along the lines of:

"Eff you, I only applied because of your fee waiver and being stuck in Guam for three years wasn't all that appealing, so thanks for nothing.

PS Stop being such a fee waiver whore. It makes you look dirty."

171/4.0 and you're WLed?!? That's very surprising. I hope I don't suffer the same fate.

I look at numbers like yours and I just don't understand what law schools want.

Your football team makes Northwestern's look like a powerhouse.

I'll be posting in here tomorrow when I get dinged by my dream school. So far no dings, just a UVa WL that I gladly replied to with a prompt withdrawal.

Northwestern WL: I guess I'm too young.

Duke WL: Sorry, I just couldn't bring myself to feign a "Why Duke" essay. No, waitlisting me will not get me to write one.

Georgetown WL: Let's be honest, the only reason people like you is because you are in D.C. Calling yourself a "Law Center" does not make you any cooler.

Berkeley WL: 9 out of 10 California girls are hot. The 10th goes to Berkeley.

Chicago WL: The only thing worse than Hyde Park is the awkwardness of your students.

Chicago: It's my own fault. You invited me to apply for a "new merit scholarship," and all I had to do was tell you in 500 words why I want to go to Chicago. If only it had been an essay on why I don't want to go to Chicago.

1. Life is short. I don't want to spend three years in the place where fun goes to die.
2. I want to do PI, and your LRAP is pathetic.
3. I know you are the other "C" in "CCN," but frankly, I just don't see it. I would rather go to Berkeley or Penn.
4. We don't see eye to eye politically.
5. See #1.

If this had been the prompt, I definitely would have applied for the scholarship.

+1 to your Duke,

And I think your Berkeley thing is a big part of why my gf is so hopeful that I go there.

Dinged at Fordham

Dear Fordham,

As an avid college basketball fan I could not justify attending a school that did not win a single conference game this season. Good luck next year
