I think I'm being realistic. Stanford took you early on and you got a JR1, so I don't see Columbia not biting.
I applied and have heard nothing. I go to a TTT UG, have a pair of cake majors, and have a relatively low LSAT for CLS, so I'm not expecting anything (but I hope, of course).

To play devil's advocate: my LSAT is only one point higher than yours (and my average is three points lower than your highest), I also had a "cake" major (but only one) and you got an early JR1 as well. The only difference between us is Stanford UG and SLS, which I think are connected, and the fact that YOU are a URM.

Ahem. Stanford History is NOT a "cake" major.

Agreed, definitely more along the lines of a "muffin" or "pâtisserie" major.

I don't know if being PR gives my application more of a boost than an additional LSAT point would. It only seems to benefit me when I apply to schools that do not get many PR applicants (i.e. Chicago). I don't think NYU/CLS fits this bill. However, I see your point.

FWIW, the acceptance package is really impressive, one of my favorites of all those that I've received. They do a wonderful job with creating their image. Until now, I thought that there would be no chance whatsoever of my taking it, but I had no idea quite how huge it was. Wow.

Nothing for me here in Seattle, but with the NYU batch, I got my acceptance letter one day after California people, so I'm still hopeful that my mail is just slow here in the Pac NW.

What about the admitted student site? Is it the same username/password as your My Columbia accounts?
