Dings and WLs are via e-mail. For GULC, no news is good news when it comes to refreshing your inbox.

It's funny, my address just updated to a secondary address of mine, but I still have no country of citizenship. I understood at least from previous posts here that the CoC was a tip that an acceptance letter was coming. No idea what this means in your situation or mine though.

Did anyone here apply ED and are still waiting on a deferral/ WL/ Ding? I applied ED on February 4 so just outside their guaranteed 3 week decision deadline and I've had no movement since a February 20 status update. From the website, "If your Early Decision application is submitted after February 1, the Admissions Committee will expedite review of your application but will not guarantee a decision within three weeks of completion."

I'm wondering how long they'll keep me dangling with deposit deadlines coming up.

For those of you who did alumni interviews and have received decisions, how long until you got your decisions and what were they? I did my interview 2/27 and still nothing. Bad sign?

'bout a week for me. Maybe 8 or 9 days til the mail came in but I think I received the update w/ citizenship that indicates acceptance, apparently within a week.

I think there's always a chance to negotiate for more scholarship money, but we might have to wait until later in the cycle when they're more desperate/ funds are available

I had three updates 2/15 (one day after the interview), 2/28 and 3/4

Got an email yesterday saying they would make a scholarship decision no later than 3/20.

Doesn't seem to be many scholarship finalists this go around, anyone else out there?

I think there's always a chance to negotiate for more scholarship money, but we might have to wait until later in the cycle when they're more desperate/ funds are available

I have not heard a thing about schollies from GULC. I am figuring that i will not get anything from these guys. I think they way GULC handled scholarships this year is poor at best. They have alienated many applicants including me!
