Yeah, I've heard great things about the GULC campus. I am a little disappointed that it's so far away from the main campus though, as that just looks gorgeous.

gtown campus sucks. Sorry, but omg, it take forever to walk from the metro (as compared to uva law). The only good part is that it's near the supreme court.

Um, I'll take close to the Supreme Court over Metro any day. But that being said, it's really not too far from the Metro (I've done the walk), and it's in an amazing location. Plus, for out-of-staters, it's a lot easier to travel to and from than UVA.

My envelope was white if I remember correctly. And I was accepted.

Just got the email with an invitation to the admitted students reception in January. Anyone planning to go to that? I'm not sure if I can make it.

Not to troll UVA or anything but isn't it in like Charlotsville or somewhere like that. Gtown is in DC. Now I've never been to UVA's campus but a 3-5 minute walk from the metro which is really good in dc (or any major city for that matter) shouldn't be seen as negative unless you don't like DC or big cities.

One of the schools I applied to for undergrad had a big bright congratulations written on the outside.

I thought we already established rejections were via e-mail....this is why I jump at my e-mail tone. This was the official word from Washington. (I've always wanted to say that.)

Ok, so who's guessing that:

A: 12/01ers hear someting tomorrow; and

B: What it is we are going to hear.

I'm pretty sure that A is going to happen, but as for B, I've yet to decide whether it will be the first batch of acceptance letters coming into the East Coast, or whether it is going to be the first batch of dings via e-mail...I'm really hoping for the former.

not necessarily, some people on LSN got their e-mails 4 days after DR
GULC is cruel
when I talked to the admissions lady on the phone, she said even e-mails can take 3-5 days. why, why, why in Lord's name would they do that?

I haven't had a chance to look through this thread with all the drama that Cornell is causing. Is GULC throwing a deferral shit storm too now?

well tomorrow is friday....i don't see why they would send it saturday or next monday. that leads me to believe if we don't see the email by tomorrow, it's good news and we should sit by the mailbox haha.

There have only been a couple reported, but there is a large batch of what appears to be URM's and high LSAT splitters waiting for SOME word....we are the "12/01" group.
