Curious too. Also, is it by mail or by email?
for me, over a month... I think I got accepted 12/12 and got the Vandy 1/29... they sent me a physical letter in the mail and then I also got an email with a PDF attachment of the same latter
Thanks! It's weird though I never got an email with a PDF attachment of the acceptance letter; just a bunch of info for admitted students and congrat emails from various student groups.
I believe residentemma is referring to the letter notifying her of the Vandy, not to her acceptance letter.
P.S. hi bbkk!

Haven't been online in a while. Any movement for those deferred ED to RD?

Who is ready for another ride on the emotional roller coaster that is NYU admissions?
Come on UR2...

Well, we're officially past the application deadline, so the pool of applicants they have to choose from is what they have to work with. Hopefully that means there's a good deal of movement this week.

Does anyone know, based on info. from this year or from previous cycles, if the interview invitations have already gone out for the named scholarships that had essays with the application? (or about when they do go out?)
Thanks!
I know some people reported getting interview invitations for the IILJ.

My impressions for last year's thread is that the named schollies (like RTK, etc.) will see invitations in the beginning/middle of March.

Went UR3 on 2/15. Could I get two major decisions in one week, after a month of doldrums?

hi Koala!
I know what residentemma refers to. I was just saying, many admits got an email with a PDF attachment of the acceptance letter but I didn't. So I guess it's possible that I will not receive the PDF version of the vandy letter, even if I would get the physical one...

NYU does UR3? Is that typical? I've been sitting on UR2 since 12/24
