I mean yeah we'd all like to even out and just be a "normal" applicant, but I think splitter>reverse splitter in general for law school apps.

As a splitter, I never really deluded myself into thinking Berkeley was a likely shot.

I did have a friend in college who gamed the academic probation system pretty hard. He would fail a semester, then do well enough the next semester to get off probation so he didn't get kicked out, then fail the next semester again, and so on. 4 years into college he was still a sophomore and just picked his major and finished his 101 class.

My lsac gpa is actually higher than my UG despite having failed a class earl on. Thank god I took a few easy A+ classes toward the end.
