I've got the jumper, but am just a bit shy of six feet...seems like I can't win!
I think the TLS team needed a 2-guard. If you've got the outside shot, you might qualify.

I recommend that you both immediately email Johann and let him know about your basketball qualifications. I recommend the subject line "Ballifications."

Fingersxd = Kemba Walker/Ray Allen. Feel free to put in a good word for me.

Coincidentally I'm the same height as one Derrick Rose...

So I'm 99% sure I'll end up the held to wait list route (I've been telling family/friends I'm wait listed for months already), but these twitter updates are kicking my ass. Every time Ty say a new batch is going out I spend all afternoon staring at my email.
Anyone have a sense of how many more acceptances there might be out there? More just gathering a little TLS commiseration...good luck to all still playing the waiting game with me

Just checked the status checker - waitlist. No shock there.

Same. There didn't appear to be an waitlist indication until I downloaded the decision letter again just to make sure it hadn't changed. It had. To waitlisted.

I only did one of them (plus a LOCI and an additional CPE), but I figured that doing any of them would show my commitment. Most of us work full time!

Same. No email, but decision letter has been updated. Do they really accept 20-25% off the waitlist? That seems like fairly decent odds considering alot of schools seem to accept like 5-15 out of 500...

I'm riding all the WLs at schools I'd legitimately consider choosing over Fordham if I got in. So yaaa I'm riding it out but I don't expect much.

Congrats, but as you can see above you weren't wait listed ever, you were just held for further review

Still a long shot, but this made my day SO much better. Work sucks...I'm over it.

None of the top-10 schools are expanding their classes, right? So if Johann is expecting a larger than usual amount of "movement", he must be figuring that more people than normal who got into T14 schools are going to drop out and not go to law school at all. Right?
(Another possibility: he knows some NU news that hasn't broken yet that is going to cause more people than normal to want to take waitlist offers at other schools. New dean = Chelsea Clinton?)

How would he know the former? It probably hinges on Harvard's waitlist (assuming Yale doesn't need one) which Prob leads to huge chain reaction.

Yeah. and there was a lot of movement at Harvard last week. So there may be people moving all over the T-14 right now and opening spots, etc, etc
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
