Sounds like most, if not everyone who went DIT 3/5 are admits.

Makes me think if the admits were last week, maybe this week is the first big wave of rejections. But I am a pessimist who went DIT 3/11, too. I will be happy if I am wrong.

The first big wave of rejections already happened. However, I am predicting that DIT 3/11 is actually the first big wave of waitlists. Of course, I am not nearly as confident in making that prediction as I was in making my previous predictions (all of which proved to be accurate), given that I don't have as much to go on. More DIT 3/11s' numbers would help.

3/9 was the date on my envelope, 3/5 DLIT here with an acceptance

Oh god, you were a journalism major at UCF? Haha, I almost went that route, but immediately changed majors when I realized what I was getting myself into. Talk about misplaced elitism.

Kinda takes the excitement out of it, but yay! Would need a decent sized scholarship, however, to consider UF. I don't see that happening...

I predict we'll see one of the last batches of acceptances tomorrow (3/12). Last week's acceptance batch was on Friday, after rejections in the previous two batches, and there are clearly some acceptances to still be handed out. Also, the latest acceptances on LSN last year were received 3/23 or earlier. Unless the admissions committee is much farther behind this year, the final acceptances should get their DLIT status by Monday at the latest.

A buddy of mine, who is now a 1L at florida, got his acceptance in April. He applied at the beginning of January with a 3.75 and a 160.

Good to hear. I get so wrapped up in analyzing the admission process that I forget the percentage of applicants that actually post their information on LSN is quite small.

Same here, complete 1/12 and RCDP 2/11. Good news for today at least, I really don't think the DLITs today were all acceptances.

I am a splitter. I think that explains the long wait for a decision. I'm thinking acceptance. For those still RCDP... why do you think UF has suspended a decision for you?

I've been RCDP since 11/30. My numbers are slightly below both medians, so I'm not expecting an acceptance right away (if at all), but I was hoping to hear something by now. I'm just confused since there have already been batches of acceptances, WLs, and rejections.

Haha, yes...I unfortunately was a journalism major at UCF and let me tell you...I thought I was going to die. I absolutely hated it at the end. I decided on law school the end of my junior year and took another year and a half off to make sure it was what I wanted, to do research, to work and all that good stuff. I actually don't really want to stay in Florida, but if UF happens to let me in I would gladly take it! Don't get me wrong, I did love UCF though.

Also, good for you not going the journalism route! I don't regret my major....but the industry is totally tanking right now. Good luck to you too!

Splitter here as well... LSAT above 75th, GPA below 25th. I really don't like seeing those red dot 167's on LSN, but I'm staying confident.

Hmm...I was slightly optimistic yesterday given the general consensus that a decision before April was good news, but now seeing how all us 3/11s have something in common (<160 LSAT) I'm thinking this is a WL batch.

(sigh) WLs have been the theme of my cycle...
