12/12 UR2. 164 (accommodated) 3.65. Why have I not been dinged. Submitted 11/28.

Anyone know if the named scholarship delay is real/applies to Root? My numbers aren't great but feel like have a shot at PI angle. Stuck at mid-jan UR2....Root interviews start March...but you have to be admitted first!!!

I applied to RTK and have been admitted. I applied in early December, so it might depend on when you applied if it was post-January...I say this based on the nothing that I know :/

There is a 0% chance I'm wait listed with a 164 and 3.65 right? I mean UR2 12/12 and applied 11/25. Acceptance would be equivalent to parting of the Red Sea/turning water into wine.

for me, over a month... I think I got accepted 12/12 and got the Vandy 1/29... they sent me a physical letter in the mail and then I also got an email with a PDF attachment of the same latter

Anyone want to speculate on any difference between being stuck for months at UR1 vs UR2?

Does everyone get UR2 at some point? If so, I would guess that being stuck at UR1 means your Held, and being stuck at UR2 means you're W/L'ed/Dinged.

Thanks! It's weird though I never got an email with a PDF attachment of the acceptance letter; just a bunch of info for admitted students and congrat emails from various student groups.
