That's what I assume. It's a shame, because I have family in the area and actually would have considered it under different circumstances (i.e. $$$$, rejection from NYU and other top-choice schools, etc).

Waitlisted at U of MN via email, which is a bummer because I thought I was a good candidate for admission. In at Temple via email (though with an acceptance from GW, Temple's only an option if they send a pretty scholarship offer.)

Eh, at this point I've been accepted to NYU and I would decline even a full scholarship at MN, so I'll be withdrawing.

In a GW today. I got an email inviting me to an admitted students banquet, but I still haven't received my acceptance letter; so I called and they told me I am in. I finished my application Feb 1st, it was complete Feb 2nd and they mailed the letter Feb 18th... so that was FAST!

I applied to Georgetown beginning of January, anyone who applied around then heard anything back yet?

Rejected from Georgetown via email..was kinda expecting it tho.

So far, haven't gotten into any of the schools that I applied to (9)..got two W/L and two RJ..ahh

Don't sweat it, you haven't even heard from half of your schools and March 1st is still reasonably early in the cycle. Good luck!!

Yes, got a phone call a little while ago. I was so flustered and excited that I am completely blanking on the name of the woman who called me, but she was incredibly nice. Said Admissions info would be coming in the mail in about a week. Yay!
