I had my interview about 2 weeks ago, and my current status date is 4/3/14.
it's "Application Under Review".

I haven't kept in touch with this forum and don't know what UR1/2/3 means.
It seems that Chicago is rather slow in the process... I had a pretty good interview, for about 20 minutes.
What are my chance of getting in, if I still haven't got a response?

Sounds like you are in the same boat as the rest of us. We had our interviews last week, the week before - most, if not all, that had those interviews had a date change today. We are hoping to hear back tomorrow.

Not at all, Penns placement is closer to NYU than the lower T14s.

Both Penn and Chicago have excellent big law placement. So, if that's your goal, go with whichever school you're more comfortable with.

So don't hate me BUT one of my friends called the admissions office today and asked them when the next wave of decisions are expected to come. They said end of the month at the earliest...

If that were true, the risk of waiting is not worth pending offers most of us already have on the table.

I'm skeptical of this. Could it be the case that there was a communication and the intended message was "by the end of the month at the latest"?
