I don't think that's necessarily verified. I listed a few schools - both above, same tier, and below in ranking - and I got in. Several people in this thread have had similar experiences.

What I mean is, I listed all and only of them. Cause I'm honest. And stupid.

Hmmm, I think they only use that question to see how you view yourself as an applicant comparatively.

But yeah, seems like a lot of movement to UR2 today, am I the only one of us who was UR1 on 3/17?

I'm same for both dates (UR1 3/17, UR2 3/27). I don't know whether to be happy that my ap seems to be moving with yours or very intimidated.

I didn't list the schools for any of my applications. I thought if they thought you would go somewhere better they might not accept or may withhold good $$

Yeah, I feel pretty dumb right now for honestly listing all of the schools to which I applied. But you do have to certify that all of the information is accurate, so...

Yeah, it wasn't really an optional question either. I doubt they believe that you only applied to chicago

I think the "other schools applied to" section would only YP you (which is the only negative impact I could imagine) if you said Yale/Harvard/Stanford/Columbia and had 3.9+, 174+

I did not update to UR2 today and I went UR1 on 3/1.

I don't see this mentioned anywhere else, but it looks like Chicago will start giving out Cafaros to replace the Ruby!!!

Apparently a few will be given out THIS cycle, which is great news for those above the LSAT/GPA medians.

Apparently a few will be given out THIS cycle, which is great news for those above the LSAT/GPA medians.

The Carafos scholarship is pretty different from the Rubenstein. It is for students with financial need, whereas the Rubenstein is a straight-up merit scholarship, and there will only be a few given out every year, unlike the 20 or so Rubenstein scholarships given out every year.

Just submit my application today.. Went complete already. My stats aren't great and I know my application is CRAZY late, but I'm holding out for a miracle.
