Am I wrong but it seems that UW doesn't really give out very much scholarship money??? Most of the scholarships on LSN are given to URMs or appear to be Gates public service scholarships (I am pretty sure they are the $120,000 scholarship packages). Curious to know if anyone not fitting these criteria has received any decent money from UW?

It's sad. They don't even provide travel assistance packages for ASD's. =(

with those numbers! Looks like you have had a great cycle with lots of options! With the speed of UW I am sure people will get inpatient and drop off the waitlist or withdraw due to scholarship money.

I do not GET UW right now.

Also, if I got rejected with a 160 last year and a 169 this year...I will rage.

Okay so we have at least ONE acceptance from the 3/11-3/14 batch. That's good news. I'm still waiting on mail but I'm east coast -

wow i feel exact the same way, my number isn't even close to those we were dinged or waitlisted, but the letter sent 3/14 got my hope up a little bit, just alittle

I'm forgiving myself for any dings that come from state schools that have a quota to fill--not a reflection of your application, just where you're from

Still, a UW reject will sting a bit!

I'm really surprised they are sending out dings to those that made it this far. That makes absolutely no sense.

i had a nightmare that they ran out of small envelopes and that they put my rejection letter in a big one and sent me it.

lol...with a list of improvements along with the scholarship money you would have received with such improvements..."LSAT 5 points higher = $20,000"

At the end of the list a note from the dean saying to not bother applying next year.

god. i can see this being the norm in a few years what with the new youtube/facebook generation. if one of those kids becomes a dean he will reject applicants via txt: "lol no. kthnxbai"

So true...the dean will send you a picture of himsef giving you the middle finger. That is all you get.
