Yeah... there is a second portfolio. I have not gotten it yet, but i got the faculty book last week with my admission letter. Maybe recent admits have to wait a little longer. Were you recently admitted?

yea around a week and a half ago. the letter did say there are more packages coming in the mail! i'm excited to see them.

What's in the packet? I'm outside of NYC and was admitted in mid December, but haven't received it.
Sorry if this was raised earlier, but has Penn begun awarding scholarships?

Early March, I think.

The two bigger ones require essays. They sent those e-mails in Mid-January. I'm sure there will be another batch eventually.

Probably a stupid question, but has there been a trend that people with similar UCR dates tend to progress together and/or end up receiving the same decision, or is there no correlation and UCR just means someone picked up your application to read?

Just got the call from Dean Post! Stats in profile -- GPA just under 75th, LSAT >> 75th, still UCR 11/18, no status checker update.

Got the call! Stats in profile, went complete 12/15, was UR 1/12 and then 1/25. Good luck to everyone still waiting

Congrats! Did you write a Why Penn? I'm surprised your LSAT didn't get you YP'd.

thanks! no why penn; just a DS. was expecting YP myself, but apparently my GPA was just underwhelming enough

I don't understand how it's backhanded. My numbers are similar (read: in a LSN sea of yellow) and it was nice to see someone get in with those numbers for a change.

172, 3.46, under review first in mid dec, then 1/20, phone call today.

UCR 1/29 too but could they possibly get back to us so quick? This cycle has been like slow and painful torture with the schools really taking their time. If you don't mind, when did you submit/go complete?
