I'm UR2 2/7 and waiting for my WL. Guessing...next Friday.

UR1 as of yesterday. I'm very hopeful for some reason, even though my numbers justify nothing but a swift rejection.

So got the email. $0 in need aid. Letter says personal finances should be sufficient for funding. Really? I'd be interested in where they are getting that.

Any Toll people get interview yet?

Same here. UR 2/6 after a January complete date. Good luck!

No word. I'm sure they'll stick to their March 15 decision date for letting us know.

haha drill me?

it basically consisted of Dean Post saying "Hello, this is Dean Post..." and me having to stop myself from blurting out "you're shitting me, right?" Ha, it was very short and sweet. No questions.

pulling for you too, man. they better get to you next!

Wonderful.

And thank you kindly, sir. I put my phone away and am going for a surf. If today is my lucky day, I hope the sharks don't get me first.

The relative silence in this thread (and all of the other threads I follow) is torturous.

Wait List. 169/3.6x/URM. No 'Why Penn' but I did coordinate a tour through the admission's office. I'll probably be withdrawing shortly as I was hoping for money were I to attend.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting, I hope you get great news soon!

Shoot, sorry chaps. I get a feeling I'll be joining you shortly, lest they string me out a while longer for a ding.

Wait listed via email today (at 5:00PM EST on the dot, no less).

Complete: 12/14
UR2: 2/13 (didn't check it often enough to see when I was UR1)

As a 170/sub-3.0, I'm calling this a welcome surprise. Planning on submitting a slightly updated resume and additional essay first thing Monday. Getting ready for a long ride on the WL-Train. Choooo choooo.

UR2 2/13 and still not a peep. This does not bode favorably.

I had UR1 2/21 and UR2 3/5 as well. Out of curiosity, what are your stats? We've been accepted/rejected/waitlisted to the same schools so far. (minus UVa, which I haven't heard back from yet)

Sorry for those who've been wait-listed. I feel your pain.

On my wait list email, Penn said, "We will begin the review of wait-listed candidates in mid-May." But let's be honest; if enough people withdraw their application, does anyone think it'd be possible to hear back sooner than that?

(Geez I'm naïve.)

Also interested in the answer to this, particularly as it pertains to timing for sending a LOCI. PRgradBYU, are you planning on holding off until when they say they'll review the wait-list, or are you sending it in ASAP?

Anybody else have thoughts/experience on this?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
