+1 1/13 Decision made!

Submitted ~12/14 and complete on 1/5.. Quick decision! I don't know if I should be nervous or excited.. Or both?

i'm coming up on 3 months. it's nearing absurdity.

Decision made- today.

So ominous.. anyone know how long it takes to get the letter after the status change?

I received my admissions packet 2 days after the status. It was sent via priority mail.

I am above both 75ths and went complete on 1/5 (complete update today), no decision mailed though...also submitted i think around 12/14

Im sure you'll hear soon enough.. There doesn't seem to be a specific pattern to who they're making decisions for. Best of luck to you! Im sure you'll get in with at least some $$.

My GPA is above 75th % and my LSAT is above median so that may be the reason for the quick response... assuming it is good news. Unfortunately I believe my PS I submitted to them contained some typos though, so THAT may be the reason for the quick response, too.

Isn't the whole idea of YP to WL people and see if they send a LOCI? I put a lot of work into the American application too, and it was one of only two schools I applied to where I was supposedly an auto-admit. So glad I've already been accepted to Minnesota or I would be freaking out right now. Still feeling pretty weird about it though.

As a slightly amusing postscript, apparently I was accepted to the MA program that was part of the JD/MA I applied for. Funny I'd be qualified for a top 10 intl affairs school but not a top 50 law school... So bizarre. And, at the moment, SIS is weirdly tempting. The WCL ding continues to bother me more than it should though.

I'm really wishing I had left the section blank that asks what other schools you're applying to. I want to do international law, and AU has a pretty great int'l program. I'll definitely be upset if I get dinged.

I received my admission packet today! The status checker noted that a decision was made yesterday (12/14)... it only took a day to get to me but I'm in DC so that makes sense.

super, super annoyed that people who submitted in january are getting decisions already. I've been under review with no change since early november with lsat > 75% and gpa at median.
