Perhaps it is the postal tracking number on your LSDAS report that was sent via paper. Just a guess though, I really have no idea.freewheelin wrote:i have that showing on a few different status checkers, including w&m. anyone know what this means?tram988 wrote:Anyone else have an LS Tracking Number? Received my packet today, $14,000/yr.
For those of you who are VA residents and mailed in your residency form, what does it say on your status checker in the residency field? I can't remember if I sent in my residency form or not and the field is a bit confusing on mine.

Got mine today in DC, including Grad fellowship info. Was offered in-state tuition which I thought was really nice, so total 19,000 per year. Hang in there for those who haven't heard yet, I'm sure it will come soon!
Anyone planning on going to the ASW in March?

Re: William & Mary
Got mine today too! I'm out of town so my roomate had to read it to me...but from what he read I got the grad fellowship (which is essentially 14,000 a year) plus an additional 6000 a year for tuition. I was thrilled.
It did sound like there were quite a few conditions. I think for the grad fellowship I had to maintain a B average? I know conditional scholarships are generally frowned upon....anyone know if a B average at W&M is that hard to maintain? What percentage do you generally have to be in your class to keep that?

Apparently an LSAT point buys you $2,000/yr. I was offered $12,000/yr.oneforship wrote:Received my packet today, $14,000/yr.

Grad fellowship (instate tuition and $4k stipend) but those requirements are ridiculous. GPA requirement and you have to work 8hrs a week in the library? Even though the ABA frowns upon 1Ls working at all.

Mine are in my profile. It's not likely I'll attend so hopefully my spot can go to someone on the WL that really wants it. The scholarship changes things a little, but not much.robin600 wrote:Can we get some stats for the acceptances? Congrats btw yeah, i'm bitter

Re: William & Mary
Actually, from what I understand, the grad fellowship is a pretty good deal, even with the work requirement. A few people I know at W&M got it last year and it doesn't take much time (they just sit at a circulation desk for a couple hours every now and then). You would be studying in the library anyway, so it's not like you would be going out and commuting somewhere. Also, out of curiosity, what was your GPA requirement? The people I knew needed to maintain at least a 2.0 (pretty low if you ask me), but I was wondering if it varied.hopefulundergrad wrote:Grad fellowship (instate tuition and $4k stipend) but those requirements are ridiculous.
