Number are 161, 3.6, Non-URM, out of state (Ny) but from PA originally.

Says a packet was mailed out today and I should be receiving it shortly.

Quick question. I went complete on 11/24, and still haven't heard anything. Would it be a good idea to send a LOCI? Temple is my #1 choice (even PT), and I'd really like to convey that to them someway. I know sending an LOCI is bad before I'm even WL'd, so should I resist this temptation?

I know its hard, but I would wait. I didn't hear from Temple until just shy of 14 weeks after I went complete. If you send a LOCI now, and then you get waitlisted, it'll be hard to follow up. Also, if they know you would attend if accepted, they may be less likely to offer any scholarships (this is a theory of mine).

I'm fine with paying full price at Temple. It's barely over 100k with 17k a year for living expenses (in reality it's probably gonna be more like 12k, and I could always commute). I just want to effing get in. I'd love to do PI work in the city.

I was accepted today with a non-renewable 1L scholarship (I'm out-of-state). Does anybody know what the process for getting in-state tuition for 2L is like at Temple, if there is one?
