I think you have a higher LSAT than me but my LSAT and GPA are both >75 and I got in!
BC seems to be trying to stretch for higher numbers this cycle...they've defintiely WL people that seem like definte admits so I think you should be fine.

This is probably one of those instances where I should've written a Why BC essay because it's probably the only school that could pull me from T14 if I get big scholarship money here

Do you have any interest in BU? I've heard that they can be a little more generous with scholly money

Yeah, applied to BU as well. I like both, although BCs employment numbers are a bit better (not sure how much I should read into that though).

Yeah...it's a tough call with that. Personally, I think they are similar enough that I'm letting the school fit/money do most of the talking.

Accepted today! I will also (barring any significant $$ from T-14 schools) hopefully be deciding between BU and BC. I'd like to be in Boston for personal reasons. Haven't gotten into BU yet, but my numbers are well above their 75%, so I am really hoping to hear back in the next few weeks. I know both schools are similar...but I am strongly leaning towards BU. It just seems like a better fit. Still, super happy to be in at BC.

Thought I could get in with minimal money, oh well. Will see what happens.
Got WL today as well although since I got straight rejected last time I guess I should be thankful.

WL'd back in December and just received an email confirming they received my waitlist form? I sent a LOCI a week after my WL decision. Should I send another, any other waitlist people get this email? I wouldn't think they are looking at pulling WL yet, but feel weird about the email.

Same. I thought it was weird too that they thought to confirm it so late and after I sent in a LOCI.

Agreed. Especially since they confirmed my LOCI within 12 hours of receipt. Maybe it was a mass email, but I am connsidering sending in an additional letter of rec that I have. Maybe they are trying to gauge continued interest from the first wave of WL?

Excited to see your outcome ($$ wise); I'm a 167/3.5 so I hope they're generous to both of us. Also most likely gonna be deciding between BU and BC.

Can you help me understand the form of a typical LOCI? Do you just attach a word doc, or do you send it in the body of an email? How long were yours ? A few small paragraphs?

I sent mine as a PDF attachment to an email. It was under a page. It added a little recent background info on changes in my work position and expressed interest in the school and informed them of my upcoming visit.

Same boat as far as having things narrowed down to BC/BU. 166/3.88 so really hoping to approach a full ride.

For the April 1 ASD, how are they going to let us sit in on a 1L class on a Saturday?
Regardless, super excited about it. Really looking forward to seeing the campus.

The wait is killing me! When did your application go complete, if you don't mind me asking?

11/1 but they held my app for fall grades so it went back to complete again at the beginning of this month. Not sure if that's going to delay it further cause I did apply a while ago.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
