Good luck with those. Your best bet once you get in is to focus on getting a Jersey clerkship - it's the best route to getting a good NJ firm jobzoomzoom88 wrote:status checker a few hours ago. i havent gotten an email yet. honestly (as lame as it sounds to a lot of people) i really want to get an apartment with my boyfriend and go to seton hall or rutgers. Fordham would have been a dream come true but I live in jersey so maybe I'll get a small scholarship to one of those schools :/ i know it isn't the same haha but goodluck to everyone else!! really i know this process sucks but I am so happy for everyone

Still complete but with a brand spanking new status update for today. Hoping it means an admit letter is in the mail, or even better an e-mail is somewhere en route via the interweb.

Oh, no, I'm just referring to Kathryn's tweet yesterday. Got us all in a tizzy, and I'm not sure if this is what was intended but it's making me a lot more excited about the prospect of getting Fordham.dingbat wrote:Chill. If I do go there, I'm going to buy a bunch of Frank Rossitano hats and wear them everyday.

Yupp, expect MANY more spin-ups with the Tweets. Every tweet I rushed to see what happened and nothing did, well, until it did.
There were people waiting until late may last year. Hopefully yall won't go through it that long but unless you get dinged, you are still in the race.

From Fordham Law's wikipedia page:dproduct wrote:Every 30 Rock reference deserves a +1alwayssunnyinfl wrote:![]()

"Frank Rossitano, a character on the NBC show 30 Rock, attended Fordham Law for a semester, but had to drop out when his mother became ill."
This is only 80% of why I am interested in Fordham.

FINALLY complete today after waiting 2 weeks for them to realize I didn't want them to wait for my December LSAT score. Let the waiting commence!

I called earlier today to find out why I haven't had any movement since 10/25. They only said that my app was still UR. Weird, no?

I submitted on 10/5 and it's possible I went complete on 10/17 with an update on 10/25 but I feel like I went complete on 10/25 and haven't had any movement since.

Interesting. You will probably be among the first of the decisions then, but it doesn't look like the first batch has gone out yet. I would think you'll hear something by early December.jovybceagle wrote:I submitted on 10/5 and it's possible I went complete on 10/17 with an update on 10/25 but I feel like I went complete on 10/25 and haven't had any movement since.

i dont really think the status checker means anything or really indicates anything. i could be wrong but i just feel like the date changes at random...

If I recall correctly, all the regular decisions were out by late May and it was the WLers that were waiting past that.dingbat wrote:JCFindley wrote:Yupp, expect MANY more spin-ups with the Tweets. Every tweet I rushed to see what happened and nothing did, well, until it did.

A date change does indicate that they looked at it. You may get a bunch with nothing to follow or you may get nothing then one new date and a decision.melissa91791 wrote:i dont really think the status checker means anything or really indicates anything. i could be wrong but i just feel like the date changes at random...
FWIW, mine had no change then had a new date on Monday then again on Tuesday and I got the admit email a few days later. Other people had a LOT of date changes way before they heard anything.
