For those who have been invited to interview, how did they ask you? I am assuming email...

Yep - interview invite via email. Mine is already scheduled for tomorrow. I'm surprised how fast they are moving given some of the comments on last year's threads.

Yeah I think they all seem to be moving pretty quickly this year. There will probably be a drop in applicants again this year so they are struggling to protect their numbers. Or actually minimize their inevitable drop. I feel like I might be getting the interview email; soon I am a borderline ED applicant. Supposedly they will make my decision in 3 weeks though which is the end of this week. Do you mind sharing your numbers?

It seems that way. They don't interview everybody and there is no reason to if they are amazing/horrible.

but we did go 10/11 on the same day. But I guess you're right, I would just like to know.

I think they like to use the time they have for ED. If 10/17 is in fact the mail date I probably won't get it until Saturday with the following Monday being 3 weeks from completion.

The whole site was also down last night for a while. I think they might just need some better IT staff.

One of my recommenders also echoed the fact that she received a thank you letter from GULC this week.... my last update was on 10/15.... hoping for some good news in the mail tomorrow!

Yeah I am thinking 3 days mailing time from the third completed status update is when decisions should arrive.
