Is anyone else still out there? I feel like I'm the last of the original Forgottens...

I called Friday, and the lady I spoke to acted like it was absolutely preposterous of me to be annoyed for not receiving a decision by the end of March despite their clear statement on the website that I should, as a pre-Jan submitter, "expect a decision by the end of March." I mentioned this to her, and asked whether she could offer any explanation as to why this policy hadn't been adhered to in my case, and all she said was "Well we have a lot of files to go through and we can't guarantee a decision by any given date."
