Yeah, seriously....I want to enjoy that 70 degree weather as well. Not enjoying the 15 degrees in ny right now. Didn't someone say there is an admitted students day soon? I don't get how ppl are going to be there since it feels like no one has really heard back.

I applied FT but I think the PLEAS program would work out better for me because I have a child in school. I marked PLEAS as my 2nd choice.. Is it too late to change it to 1st?

Probably not as hardly anyone has received a decision yet. I would call or send them an e-mail today.

Yeah, really...I mean I only applied late december so I feel bad for others who have been waiting, but before you know it april is going to be here, and two schools that I have been accepted to have seat deposits due april 1st.

I'd like to hope. I actually really want to go to southwestern and would be moving from ny, so I'd kind of like to know if I will be moving/dont really want to throw away $ on other seat deposits. I keep stalking lsn and waiting for ppl to post something. Someone did today that says they sent in on the 1/10 and received their acceptance on 1/21, but who knows.

Pacific McGeorge is taking absolutely forever, too, but it seems people are getting decisions every day, just a lot of us are still stuck waiting. Some have been complete since october. I've been just "complete" there since 12/10. It's a reach school for me, but I wish they'd let me know already. Funny thing is they sent me like 10 emails promising all that "priority review" and all that jazz.

i had to call mcgeorge and ask them what was up cause i was complete by the end of october. the lady on the phone said my file was "strange" and that i should have heard back by now....really what she means is that since im not 160+ lsat i shouldn't be expecting much...you should call too

I know this isn't the Pacific thread, but I've been waiting since 11/1. It's torture. Southwestern is getting to that level of frustration for me.

I know this isn't the Pacific thread, but I've been waiting since 11/1. It's torture. Southwestern is getting to that level of frustration for me.

Southwestern is the only third tier school I haven't heard from. I almost forgot about them and am shocked that with their ranking they would take this long. I guess being over their 75th percentile for LSAT and being way over their 75th percentile for GPA means nothing.

At this point for me, anything less than a full scholarship offer from them will go straight to the trash (zero consideration). Much better schools have already offered me scholarships, which is more reason why I am surprised by their slowness. I think I have been IC since October. Good luck to everyone else though

I'm probably just restating the obvious, but my inside source at SW has told me that the admissions committee is just running way, way late. They just recently got on the ball so maybe we'll hear soon.

When did you guys apply? Justright, I know you said you did a while ago. What are your guys stats? Do you think you'll hear today/early necxt week or you think your files are actually in review now and were just chilling before?

Applied first week of October, over 75th for LSAT, near median for GPA. I have no idea what's going on there. Really wonder what's taking them so long besides getting started "late." IIRC, they accepted their first students (albeit very few) before Christmas.
