Scholarships won't come out until March, so you'll be waiting awhile, unfortunately.francisConn wrote:I'm still waiting for the mailman to come today. Dying to see if there's any scholly.

In via status checker.
160/3.7 - TX Resident. Probably not going since I have $$ at W&M and prob won't get any from U of H. As soon as schollys come out, I'll withdraw to let up room for people.

+1 So how does this work from here? I'm not familiar with the waitlist process, other than that I have to wait! Is there a chance that I never hear a definite decision?longhornlaw wrote:+1. Just checked.maxm2764 wrote:Waitlisted via status checker, and the miserable wait continues.

It's possible that you won't hear until two weeks before classes start. =/Mce252 wrote:+1 So how does this work from here? I'm not familiar with the waitlist process, other than that I have to wait! Aaaand as if by magic, I am also waitlisted.

Wish I hadn't done the latter thing. >.<

Applied and went complete on 11/03/10. UR mid-November, and again 12/22. Now, WL'd.
ETA: I did not apply and go complete in the future.

I think it was my shitty app last year that did me in. They prolly didn't deem me enough of an improvement despite 1 year of WE, service, and a recommendation from my CEO. -.-

Re: University of Houston 2011
U of H's admissions are confusing me... they denied/WL some 157-158 URMs, which I thought would be shoe-ins. And, of course, some of these high LSATs. Do you think maybe they upped their GPA/LSAT "floors"?
