I'm surprised you haven't got a response yet. Looks like people who applied slightly before and after you have gotten replies. I guess that means any day now you will get your acceptance.

Also based on this thread am I correct in saying Marquette does not have a status checker?

Nope. I wish they did so I could add another school to my list of status checkers that I neurotically check every other hour.

I really hope I'm not waiting as long as you to find out if I am in or not. I was thinking that since I applied so late they would be able to figure out if I am in or out a lot quicker. I mean if only a few spots exist it shouldn't be hard to give me a yay/nay (although if its nay they can hold off on telling me )

I'd feel pretty confident if I were you. Your LSAT would be an auto-admit in any other circumstance.

i thought they did a pretty good job... beautiful building + free t shirt.

I was; I had a nice time as well. And not only a free t-shirt, one that you got to pick the size of so you might actually have the opportunity to wear it. Then again, I'm a sucker for free things like that.

I finally got an email saying my application has gone complete. I wonder what took so long. I have had all my stuff in, and I have even got accepted to another school already that I actually applied to a day after Marquette. Aww well. I just hope they accept me

Six days even though I had everything in the whole time. Although my transcripts did get updated one time in that period so I think that explains it.

I wonder what the average time from completion to decision is?

I bet you have about the same chance as me to get in. My LSAT is higher but I don't have any really great softs. I bet you will get an email from them tomorrow.

Nope. I heard nothing from them between my completion notification email and my decision letter (which was super scary because it was so small it looked like a for sure rejection). Scholarship info came a few days after with a big acceptance package.

I really would like to attend Marquette.

Yeah, I have an okay feeling about it. But I think my P.S. was pretty good because it set me apart from other applicants. I'm really hoping my 2 LORs were awesome too (which they should be). If thats the case, that may push me over.

I've done Gonzaga, Marquette and Valpo. But Marquette is really the #1. I'm from the Milwaukee area and my immediate family lives there. I have a sort of attachment to Milwaukee and I really like Marquette.

coolgreen - my numbers are similar to yours... my LSAT a little lower and GPA a little higher. Had some pretty unique WE and great LORs so that prob helped.
