Really, really hope I get a little something (161/3.4). I know they're stingy with in state students so that makes me worried.

Are you in-state? If so, you must be looking at 21-22K/p.a., as opposed to OOS's 41K. I understand that you really, really hope to get something (Honestly, I think you deserve something significant with your numbers), but as an OOS, I really, really, really hope to get something.

I only want $$ to negotiate with LSU lol, I think USC needs to reevaluate it's OOS and IS tuitions to commesurate it's value as a law school.

That's what I'm guessing as well. So nothing in the mailbox by Wednesday = no $$?

I'm assuming the same; that's how I received my acceptance letter.

In-state equalization scholarship? Is that being granted the same tuition as in-state when you're really OOS?

Found out I got in on Thursday, but kind of counted it out due to the high OOS tuition. Got my scholly letter in the mail today which covers the OOS fee. Looks like I'm headed up to Columbia for a visit!

My scholly says USC estimates that it "will have an effective value of no less than $18,600 per year".

Apparently, the exact amount is not determined until the Board of Trustees meets in June.

Hey guys, new to this thread. Just got my in-state equalizer scolly this weekend. I'm trying to decide whether or not to go to ASW next Saturday. Are any of you going? If so, are you planning on sticking around afterward? I ask because my wife has a grad school workshop that afternoon in Charlotte and wouldn't be able to get to Columbia until like 6ish that night. I know she wants to visit that area so I'm just trying to figure out if I should just come back another weekend.

I didn't get any scholarship letters this past weekend, though maybe it was sent to my parents' house in Virginia? I am OOS (in Georgia) with 163/3.4. Did any of yall with similiar stats get scholarships? I would assume I'd at least receive an instate equalizer...
