I haven't gotten the letter yet. Just the message on the status tracker (Congratulation-Admitted).

Sure. Sorry I posted in the wrong place....I see that a handful of people have already gotten an answer, but when can the bulk of candidates expect to hear? Anyone know?

If you look at LSN from last year, it looks like people were receiving decisions pretty fluidly, starting on 11/27. I don't know why they seem to be deciding in chunks this year.

August 30th, 2010.

But seriously, it's still really early in the cycle. Plenty of schools aren't even looking at applications until January 15th. Breathe. :)

Submitted 11-21, Received Status Checker link 11-25, Accepted 11-30

Seeing as that falls right into Thanksgiving week, it seems like it took them all of an afternoon to look at my app and admit me.

Nice, congratulations on the acceptance. I when complete on the same day as you and I'm still waiting, hopefully not too much longer.

They admitted me before several other schools I applied to at the same time updated my app status to complete. The admissions letter is really underwhelming, it's a regular envelope with a single sheet of paper. It was so small and arrived so soon I thought it was just correspondence from the admin office confirming my app is under review. Before opening, I actually said to myself jokingly, "This would be world record timing to be rejected this quickly."

Now the wait for other schools is even that more torturous.

Status checker changed. Went from Complete (since 11/3) to Ready for Review (12/9).

Dear Villanova: Let's dance!

Anyone else get status changes or acceptances or any kind of movement?

Nope. Still at Complete, since 11/13. Sounds like you're getting a decision soonish! Good luck!

Thanks! Hopefully it means they are reviewing it with intention to render a decision soon, not they have just started looking at it now and itll still be a while...

Well done! Now if you don't mind, 20 questions!

When did you go complete?

When did you (or did you at all) recieve Ready to Review Status?

Stats (if you don't want to post, could you at least PM).

Hmmm. I guess only 3 questions.

once again, GJ! congrats =)

they could be going to splitters--fudging numbers for rankings.
