Hey, this is my first post here. I got my acceptance yesterday. My LSN account is under the same user name but their eta was something like 1.5 months -- sent on 10/20, complete on 11/16, decision on 11/27.

I also got a little "Congratulations xxxx" message from the dean, too!

Did they send an email as well? I submitted my app to them around the same time, 10/26.

Nope. The only email I received was to say I went complete. Snail mail for the acceptance letter.

Called the admissions office for the status of my application since there isn't a status checker and I was starting to get worried. The nice lady told me my decision was sent yesterday. Hoping it reaches Florida by Monday so I can get it before I go home for the holidays (only if its an acceptance, of course).

I sent my application on 11/02 and received an email reply stating my application was complete on 11/16. Since then, not a word from their office. I'm interested in Suffolk because of their alumni network in local government in Boston, so I hope to hear from them soon.

I just received an acceptance letter today (dated 12/8/09). The only items in the mailing were an acceptance letter, form for sending a deposit and a one-page FAFSA sheet. A bit underwhelming, but hopefully more information will follow in the upcoming weeks.

With all of the money geared toward Sargent’s salary, the lack of funding budgeted for marketing and outreach is somewhat perplexing.

Got a letter, via snail mail, from Suffolk with a scholarship offer that blows Albany's out of the water. There's a 99% that I'm putting my deposits down before the new year!

Are you a day student? I had to retake the december LSAT so I'm waiting now for a decision. (2.95 / 159 ) (Strong upward trend on the gpa)

HUGE THANKS to WPC for your info on the scholarship. I just received mine today and I don't think there is any way that I could turn it down. I think I'll be joining the c/o 2013 group very soon!

Interesting thing...went and visited their campus (aka one enormous building on the Commons) today, and talked to the Dean and did the tour. I handed them my updated Official Transcript, and they handed me my Acceptance package. Definitely one of the coolest moments of my life...

I have a weak LSAT (low 150's) and a 3.55 GPA. They told me what saved me were my extracurricular (2-Time National Championship Football Player/Amateur Olympian Boxer). Oddly enough, my letter states that it was meant to be sent out Dec. 22nd...

Dont know if I will go, very pricey - will have to see what else pans out in the coming months. Best school I have gotten into yet tho!!

Congrats, DP. That's definitely an exciting story.

What did you think of the school? Anything that really stood out? I am going to tour at the very end of the month.

As someone who went to Suffolk for undergrad and spent endless hours in the law library studying for the LSAT I can tell you the entire building is magnificent!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
