Should we get this merged with http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... =7&t=91869, Georgetown ?, looks like people have been posting status in there also. Any mod care to do this, besides Helmholtz, otherwise we might end up in the UT thread.

My status checker shows that a decision has been rendered as of today.

Sent my app in at the start of October and have a high LSAT and around median GPA (I think).

It looks like the decisions came in the mail last year... in small envelopes regardless of the decision. I would assume sometime this week if the decisions are mailed today or tomorrow.

I'm under review as well but my date periodically changes. It is now 10/20. I don't honestly have any hope of getting in to even the PT program but it is my dream school so I figured I'd give it a shot.

damn, i'm still under review and have been since 10/2...i reeeeally want this acceptance, i would love for it to say decision.

Same here. Would love to get an early acceptance, and especially from GULC.

ooh i hope that's true. just checked and i'm "decision rendered" as well! app sent last week of sept.

perhaps one for the splitters-- i'm below 25%ile gpa and above 75%ile lsat.

Did any of you "decision rendered" people do early decision? I think LSN shows that the ED people all got their decisions in December though so I'm not too hopeful on getting mine this soon, but it'd be nice.

Not me. You're right, though, it looks like accepted applicants at this stage last year were all RD.

i am also a splitter over 75% lsat and under 25% gpa...now i'm worried that i'm out at gulc since i'm still at "under review." am i completely over analyzing the situation, or is this a legitimate concern? i'm still pretty new to all this so i don't know what to make of it

Yeah, but I share eire concern. I don't think I will be sleeping well for a while. At least I have a lot of work to hopefully take my mind off things, but it is killing me to still by under review. I rationally know it probably just means that the file is being sent to committee for additional review, but since the date has never changed, I wonder if I am in the auto reject file and they are waiting to say anything to be nice.

I would not worry. I am sure they will send out the first batch of acceptances over the next two weeks. I don't think that everybody's status checkers are all going to change at the same time.

By the way, 171/3.75 and am still under review as well.

i know i'm being a little irrational, but it just puts me on edge a little bit because i had started really viewing georgetown as an (albeit arbitrary) barometer of how my splitter cycle will go (175/3-3.1).

Good luck! I've got identical numbers. Applied RD last week, and my status checker says "Application Completed".

Going to be visiting the campus next week. I'm excited, it will be my first time in DC.
