Accepted via phone call. Status tracker says 24k scholarship as well. From my understanding it looks like an annual renewable, but I'm waiting for the packet to verify.

That will be annual. Only stip will be good standing (which, if I recall correctly, is a 2.0).

Unless your December score is lower, you will gain next to nothing by applying a week or two earlier.

I see where to check application status on SMU's website, but my username/PW is not the same as it is for my LSAC account. How do I set this up or figure out my user/PS?

I completed the optional question. From what I can recall, it really operated as a statement of diversity for me, so it was an easy fit with what I had prepared.

^^ would they have already sent it? I completed my app 10/28 and got the acceptance call yesterday. I'm just trying to figure out scholarship stuff

Yeah they send it after they receive it or you complete it.

Received phone call on 12/15 that I was accepted. Online status checker says accepted 12/14 with 18k scholarship per year.

Accepted 12/14 via status checker (no phone call or email though). 24k/year scholarship. Completed the Optional Essay. LSAT 166, GPA 3.2 (I am 10 years out of undergrad though so I think my GPA mattered less than usual). App was completed Nov 14.
