I'll actually be down to try it then, Evan Williams was a staple during my pledge semester. It was cheap, and decent.

+1. I didn't drink beer for a good part of college. Evan Williams during pledging was my shit. Then the costco in DC started selling liquor and I could buy bulleit and makers for cheap and I never looked back

Totally agree about Sweden. Interesting thought about doing an LLM there - what would you use it for? A friend from high school is doing a masters in Denmark, and it's completely free...fips tedora wrote:my gf brought a little sampler back when she was just there as well as a pair of acne jeans. both are credited. sweden is the shit. i'm thinking about an llm there after US law school.scone wrote:Mackmyra First Edition - Swedish whisky - is excellent.

Lady Fips and I are considering moving there after we're done with school. She has 3 years also for her phd, then we move there and I start the llm. She has family there and I loved it on my adventures.scone wrote:Totally agree about Sweden. Interesting thought about doing an LLM there - what would you use it for? Buffalo Trace makes Pappy, W.L. Weller, Eagle Rare, and Col. E.H. Taylor. It wins as the better distillery, but Woodford Reserve is better than straight up Buffalo Trace.fips tedora wrote:Woodford Reserve > Buffalo TraceGenerally wrote:That was how I celebrated Georgetown. Thank you! Clearly the better of the two distilleries, although BT is less smooth than WR.The Abyss wrote:Buffalo Trace makes Pappy, W.L. Weller, Eagle Rare, and Col. E.H. Taylor.
