From what I've read, even if you ask, they limit fee waivers to need-based only.

Checking in. If last year is any indication, looks like we're still a couple weeks away from first decisions going out.

There have been two acceptances according to LSN (one for the part-time program, one for the full time). One of them announced it on twitter and was retweeted by the director of admissions, so seems legit. The admits had almost identical numbers (162, 3.8x), fwiw.

From the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" thread, it does look like offers are extended via email

Status checker updated to 11/17. Went complete on 10/29. Any other updates today?

I'm feeling quite hopeless about it, but if you submitted on or before 10/15, you are at least guaranteed a decision no later than 12/15.

Checking in! Status checker says application complete. Does it ever change to "in review"?

I don't believe it does - I think it goes from complete to whether you're admitted.

Mine changed to 11/16, which makes the second date change. Not sure what that means. What's taking them so long!?

I received an email from the DOA asking for a missing document...looks like they're reviewing...hopefully a decision will follow soon!

Has anyone applied with a retake pending? My app says it's incomplete due to this but some schools like BC and ND will review you app prior to the retake if you inform them of such a preference. I emailed admissions last Friday about it, but haven't heard anything.

Edit: Sent another email this morning and was told my application will be updated to "complete" and considered with my October score.

My status date updated to today! I want to put a smiley face (something in between the big eyed one and the regular smiley) but all of these emoticons are creepy looking

Applied in late September
Complete oct 5
Date change early nov (can't remember)
Date change 11/20

Hope we hear soon!

Congrats to everybody who was admitted!
Do you mind if I ask your stats (in relation to medians)?

I'm above both 75ths, applied pretty early (if not the first day the application opened) and paid the fee, because I really really really wanted to have an option in NYC!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
