Ok...this macro...TEACH ME YOUR WAYS. I love handling everything in excel and setting up this macro would make me way way more efficient.

It's actually much less complicated than you would assume. Do you want me to post it in here (it might be long), or make a thread out of it?

Either way, I'll start writing it up. That macro is what gets me through the day. Lol.

ETA: I just realized there's an easier way to do this. Just reply to this thread with the schools you want to check, and I'll create the macro and write up (much shorter) instructions on how to add in your Username/Password information and actually run it. Doing a how-to on building the whole macro would be unnecessarily long, and this way I can just build it myself and post it to the thread as code with instructions on getting it to work on your computer.

176 LSAT 3.9 GPA and you applied to 31 schools... are you insane? You should have applied to at least triple that amount.

I am looking at those data too. Astonished by that fact that so many 175+ scores got dinged/wled. Some of them were in at CLS or even Stanford so cannot be a problem about bad application

Exactly! I mean, I'm not going to lie, I assumed that my LSAT/GPA combination was a golden ticket to whatever school I wanted. My adviser told me that the problem is that at those schools, EVERYBODY they're considering has an impressive LSAT/GPA to even get through the initial consideration process. She said at HYS it's a function of a score that meets/exceeds their minimum prerequisite essentially, and then having an interesting enough app to grab them and make them want you.

I can't say that my softs are terribly impressive, but I do have more than a decade of WE, so I'm hoping that helps a bit. I just know that at HYS it's all about whether they like your app, so there are no "sure things" even at a 180/4.3.

Love this thread! I applied SUPER late (a mix of personal reasons and waiting until Dec to take my LSAT). I have to be honest, reading threads of people discussing their scholarship negotiations while I'm still waiting to hear back is...tough lol. Glad to know there are others in my position!

Just saw on the other thread that you had a group interview. Mind sharing your submit/complete/interview dates? It's probably in there somewhere but, yeah....too busy refreshing the admitted students page to look for it.
