How far did you have to read into the email before you realized that it wasn't an acceptance email. I had to read it a second time due to disbelief at what had just took place.

I was just so excited to see an email from a school that I actually applied to instead of Cooley offering me a full ride that I didn't care if it was an acceptance or a rejection. Then, I saw it was about the new website that takes 10 clicks to find the status checker but helps you stay abreast on the weather situation in Malibu (you know because those massive temperature changes and unpredictable seasons provides some crazy shifts in climate that you should be aware of).
