I had law students living next to me off-campus during my junior and senior years. On Saturdays, they always hosted the rowdiest tailgate of the entire street.

I think it's safe to say you can make it to the Big House for one game

Not that not being able to would have stopped me from applying, but that is definitely a relief.

Historically they're amazing. Last 10 years have been a bit rocky for them but they're improving.

Definitely one of the best of the T14 too. Stanford comes to mind, but the others aren't really football schools.

But the Big 10 has been so weak lately. Not sure if genuine improvement, or terrible conference.

Michigan could have the best ASW if they adopted a Harry Potter theme. Just sayin'.

Checking in! I can't wait to see the campus soon. Debating whether to bring an owl or a toad, though.

Incoming 1L here, but I wanted to pop in to tell you that, while you're absolutely correct about needing a HP-themed ASW, they do in fact casually throw HP references into things. It's fantastic. For example, I've heard them refer to themselves as "Hogwarts Law School" (can't remember where I heard this, unfortunately), and the recommended reading list for admitted students/incoming 1Ls is called "A Little Light Reading...". It's the best!

I don't know about any of you, but if I get in and go to UMich, I'll be joining the law school hockey team.
