There are multiple people reporting they did not receive a deposit extension due to the class being full.

Checking in. I have a pretty low LSAT score for this school so it was an honor for me to even be in here. Anyone have an idea what a June LSAT score would do for me?
Stats:
25%<GPA<Median
LSAT<25%
I think I can go up at least 2-3 points maybe even more. I just don't know if this will be taken into consideration or if it will matter. Thoughts?

If you have the time to put in good studying, you might as well retake in June. Improving your score would only help your waitlist chances at Duke and other schools as well as give you leverage to negotiate increases in your scholarship offers from schools you have been accepted into.

Any of you made a pledge (binding commitment) to attending Duke if off the waitlist?

Looks like both the summer and the Fall classes are full at the moment. People will change plans and the Admissions Committee will dip into the waitlist, so do keep in touch and make sure you convey your interest in Duke. I visited the campus today... it's an amazing university and everyone seems so smart and nice. Good luck everyone. Hope to see some of you in the summer or in the fall.

I think it's practiced in the law school world... it's an honor thing. To say "I commit to XXX" and follow-through on your word.

Oh wow, congrats. Seems like reverse splitters on waitlists have had some good results.

WOW just found out I got in off the waitlist via email. I don't think I was on priority reserve or whatever (at least I don't remember that being mentioned). Didn't do an interview...actually haven't had heard much from them until now...Low GPA decent LSAT (so kind of splitter?). I just sent in an LOCI yesterday (my 2nd one). Oh my goodness...I wonder if they have any money...
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
