This.teenybean wrote:No worries, I think this is why we're calling ourselves "semi" reverse splitters. Since many of the top 14 (or more like T6) schools care more about LSAT and we're often not in their range (I'm below 25% at some of them), we consider our LSAT score to be our weakness. Yes these scores are great, but the top schools in the nation are greater...

Oh my god I love this thread.
Checking in with a 169/4.0X.
In at Penn, UCLA, Vandy, Texas($$$), UGA($$$), Alabama
Waiting on some other T-14s! Nice to have a place to talk and get some actual advice rather than just getting told to retake over and over haha.

I guess I meant useful advice. If you will not retake the test, just being told to retake is not at all helpful in making a decision as to what law school to attend, etcrebexness wrote:Why do you assume RETAKE is not actual advice?KatyMarie wrote:Oh my god I love this thread.

WOW! I have a 3.91/160 and just applied about 2 weeks ago- already in at GW and William & Mary, hopeful for BC and Cornell as well. Also just got offered the interview at Wash U a few days ago so there's that as well
YOU GIVE ME HOPE.

Re: Semi Reverse Splitters 2013 - 2014
It is useful. But I don't think it's unreasonable to attend law school with these semi-splitter numbers. Of course it's dependent on your reasons for going to LS. If you're good with small law/non-prestigious PI, you can get full rides at T20s/30s. Biglaw is also on the table with them, though the better odds you want for it, the more loans you'll have to take out, as money at the T6 looks to be rarely an option.rebexness wrote:Why do you assume RETAKE is not actual advice?KatyMarie wrote:Oh my god I love this thread.

+1 Sorry about Harvard. Curious about stats. I'm trying to decide if I should throw out an app to Yale too.NicCageOnline wrote:Congrats on all of those great acceptances! Sorry about Harvard :/Power_of_Facing wrote:Love this thread!
