Merit scholly is not based on citizenship. So I would say yes.

2 review date changes within the last week, is this pretty normal? Also, Im seeing that Utah has a really quick notification time so thats kinda nice!

I'm wondering this as well. Has anyone received an ASW invitation? Since I thought we were going to receive something with more details (besides what is in the binder).

I applied on the 14th I think, but my status still says under review.

The wait is getting a little frustrating, I'm on week 7 of under review right now headed into week 8.

My tracker says Utah mailed a letter last week, which I'm guessing is the decision. I'm overseas so god knows when it'll arrive here. Status still says "under review." An email would have been nice. The suspense is killing me!

They may give you a call too? That's what they did for me.

Are you overseas? I thought schools only called in the US. Otherwise, the letter's gotta be a ding or WL.

Just got the admission letter/binder...color me impressed! I just wish it contained scholly info.

If I remembered correctly, they will be releasing scholly early March. So I guess either I am not getting one or it hasn't come out yet.

It just hasnt come out yet. My packet said mid march so Im guessing next week.

Thanks for posting. I got the same scholarship. I don't like the GPA requirement or the amount. I think this is the end of the road for me and the U of U. Good luck to the rest of you!

Got the scholarship email. 22k per year if I read it correctly. 3.3 stip (50%). It says residency doesn't affect the award so if I obtain resident status 2-3 years, the award is still good. I think I'm going to email the dean to make sure i'm understanding it correctly.
