I don't think Law School Numbers accurately reflects waitlist admissions, at least at Stanford. Law School Numbers only shows 4 waitlist-->acceptances for last cycle, but I know that significantly more than 4 students that are currently attending got in off of the waitlist, not to mention those that received offers but in the end decide to go to another school.

Don't give up hope even if you haven't heard right away. I got in off the waitlist very late in the summer. I had actually already started classes at another school when I received my call from Dean Deal. If Stanford is your dream school, let them know. Keep in touch and continue to express interest in attending, even as it gets later in the summer.

Does anyone know if we can confirm that we will be accepting a spot on the wait list via email, or do we actually have to fill out and mail the form we received in the mail?

Sent in an email to inform them of WL acceptance Saturday, still no response yet. Might call them as I won't have access to the physical form.


I remember when I called for my decision, I asked about this and was told you can email your response so you should be able to.

Harvard WL cheated via post-WL JS1's. There's just nothing to be done here until news comes in July. ;/
