Again, sorry to hear. If GMU is your top choice, I say go for it.

I got rejected everywhere I applied last year, inlcuding some TTT's. I re-took and got a 9 point higher LSAT and have already been accepted into quite a few T-50's this cycle. Good luck!

Even though my number were shit I kinda expected to get in. According to LSN their applicant pool isn't very strong. At least a WL.

While I thought my numbers were decent and LSP had me at "consider," I kinda anticipated this by looking at LSN. There are plenty more fish in the sea.

I think he said he got an e-mail saying he was dinged, although his status says"...4 weeks"

Did you get a hold e-mail?

Edit: According to last years thread, admits are notified via phone call. Maybe they're making phone calls now?

To be clear, I was dinged (denied). To the question regarding the news on my status, it said something to the effect of "a decision has been reached...please allow 4 weeks for it to arrive." However, I got an email from them this morning saying I'm denied.

They didn't even congratulate me on my "many fine accomplishments" or convey confidence that they are sure "I will be admitted to another fine school." Brrrrrrr.

retake, those numbers won't get you anywhere in the top 50.

Agreed. I got a very similar score on my first LSAT attempt, I re-took and scored 9 points higher. It was a great decision.

On a separate note... Just checked my status checker... It says decision made & I should receive notice shortly. I haven't received an e-mail yet, so hopefully it will be some good news.

I hope you're right Would love to have the option of moving back to the Commonwealth! As soon as I get a response I will post it here.
