Just applied today. Anyone waitlisted or rejected yet? If so, can you post your numbers? I have a low LSAT so I'm hoping to be waitlisted.

The offer letter was in my acceptance package. It's actually an automatically renewable 32k/year and requires me to stay in the top 50% of the class

Thanks! 3.13 (3.44)/168 + worked all through school, 5 years of IP work, good letters of rec from an old professor and one of the partners at my firm. I think they may have liked my prompt response too.

What the...???

I just got an email telling me my admission is now complete and I can expect a decision in about 8 weeks. That's fascinating because my status has been "complete" for 8 weeks already.

Yeah I just had the same thing happened to me was considering calling them to clarify what was going on, but glad to know I'm not the only one who had that happen to them.

Yup same thing happened to me, I got an e-mail and my status changed--from complete to complete. I have borderline numbers.. what about you two? I'm a little nervous because people have been getting in via status checker.. right? On my app status page it says all decisions are rendered via snail mail now?

I had the same thing happen to me last Friday, then on Monday I went from complete to admitted, so keep an eye on your status. It could change anytime.

Also Pepperdine didn't send out any WL/rejections until February last year. Saw this same thing happen to a couple other people in last years thread and they were admitted within a couple of days. So, not seeing this is a bad omen anymore. Good luck to everyone!

yess!! positive news! did your new complete message also say that you were going to hear back via snail mail or did it simply update to complete?

My status changed from complete to admitted, and at the top of the page they had a message that congratulated me on admission to Pepperdine and also said that a formal acceptance packet will be sent in the mail within 1-2 business days of my status change. Any potential scholarship information will be included in this packet.

I went from complete to complete as well, I'm a bit confused... but good to know there are others in the same boat.

EDIT: My computer then refreshed the web page randomly, and it changed to In Review. It was complete back on 10/15/12.
Honestly, I don't know what the heck is going on.

Mine just updated to "In Review" also. This, in spite of the note I read this morning that promised the next status would be "Decision Rendered."

Those of you who have gotten admissions packets:

Where (location wise) are you in comparison to Pepperdine? I was in the first wave of acceptance, but I live in Chicago, so it'll take longer for the packet to get to me, and I'm just trying to gauge when I'll get it.

Martymoose: I received the same message that the next update would be DR in approx. 8 weeks.
I also received the email saying I went complete this morning, which is curious because it said I went complete via checker in mid to late October, I can't remember now.

Got my acceptance letter in the mail today after having "admitted" on my status check on 1/4. Also got 96k=32k/yr.

LSAT:170
GPA: 3.42

Submitted: 10/30
Complete: 12/5
