Got my status checker today. Applied about a week ago.

I notice that at the top of the status checker page it says "Applications that are submitted and are complete by January 4th, 2013, will receive a decision by January 31st. Scholarship decisions will also be released for accepted students on that day."

Might be a dumb question but just wanted to clarify- does this mean no scholarship notices until Jan. 31st? Or do they mean that scholarship notices come out with admissions notices?

You know, I haven't received a single fee waiver from a school. I wonder if it is because I registered with CAS and all that a few cycles ago.

I registered in 2009. They are slowly trickling in for me, but most of them aren't useful.

It is weird! I got a million fee waivers the first year. Haven't gotten a single one-- not even a TTT, this year. Oh well I already applied everywhere I plan to!

I don't know anything for sure, but what I was told is that they WANT to give scholarship info with acceptances, but that would mean not accepting anyone until later in the cycle. I don't think they had solidified their exact plan of action when I spoke with them. They want to get an idea of what the class is so they can disperse the $$ as best they can. So, my guess is that if acceptances come out before January 31st, I assume they will not contain scholarship information. Afterwards, though, I assume they would.

I've been there for a while, wondering if there's an "under review" status or other update to expect soon.

Checking in here. I've been complete for a few weeks now. I guess we will all be waiting anxiously until the end of January!

Status changed to "under review" today. Hopefully that bodes well for getting a decision in the relatively near future.

Wake does things pretty late, I guess. Even 12/9 is well behind most schools.

I still bet we will hear before the holidays. With the 1/4 deadline right after break, I'm sure they will get a lot of applications right at that mark and imagine they will want to be through as many as possible by then.

Or perhaps this is just my wishful thinking!

I have to admit that the process becomes a whole lot more enjoyable when the decisions start pouring in.
