^Richmond offered 10k a year and minnesota said that they would be mailing their offer in the next couple days

i have 22k a year right now from Bama so i would need UMN to come in with a really strong offer

how do you usually get notified when you get off the waitlist? I kno it depends on schools but do some schools only contact you via a phone call and if you don't answer they don't do much about it to contact you the other way around??

Want to say grats to those who have gotten off WLs and encourage those still waiting.

I'd also like to say that if you think you can improve your chances next cycle (higher LSAT on a retake or applying earlier in the cycle) don't be afraid to wait a year and reapply if you are not happy with your current situation.

hoping to get off the waitlist at vandy. submitted LOCI, updated LORs and planning on offering coffees, free lunches, kittens, spa packages, trips to swanky islands and perhaps even my firstborn in order to get in.

WL at.... Columbia, NYU, UCLA, USC, GW, Georgetown, Duke, Penn, UT, UVA... lmao. Trying super super hard for UCLA, Penn, Duke, UVA, Georgetown (schools I would both really want to go to and might have a shot at (unlike Columbia/NYU)).

WL'd at UNC, Rutgers-Newark, and Temple. I've had a weird cycle- probably going to retake the LSAT and try again early on in the upcoming cycle.

Still on Hold at Northwestern, pending at Cornell, and Special preferred waitlist at GULC.

I'm WL at Columbia, Chicago, New York, Virginia, Michigan, Duke, Northwestern and still on hold at Harvard.... I thought that I was alone in this bloated WL boat but it seems like there are quite a few of us this year. Any ideas as to why that is? Should we be optimistic because of the significant drop in applicants this year?

Your cycle is so much like mine except I didn't apply to as many schools. Was WL at NYU, Penn, Michigan and STILL on hold at NU and Harvard. Just withdrew from Penn and Michigan but I will ride those others till I die.

Checking in...haven't had any movement, but so far: WL'd at UVA, USC, Northwestern, NYU, Georgetown, Duke...Reserved at Columbia and Held for Harvard....

Really confused as I thought with my risky numbers it would be a clear Accept/Reject depending on if they needed my diversity stats, but maybe that's why i'm just kind of chilling on waitlists?
