The seasons are vastly difference in the sense that one is cold and one is warm. You can expect snow and low temperatures during the winter, though the ocean does moderate the snow's staying power and some of the more extreme temperatures. You can also get a nice (read: frigid) winter wind coming off the ocean as well. So, yes, it's cold but it's not Alaska or Siberia.2LT_CPG wrote:How vastly different are winters/summers in Portland?aray379 wrote:Accepted w/$8,000 scholarship. I grew up in Maine my entire life though and moved to Florida for college. If anybody has any questions about life in Maine I can answer them. The school has a good reputation in the state though.
Anyone seriously considering Maine Law?
The summers are without equal though.
